Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer, located in Muscat. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on corporate legal matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Additionally, the Corporate Lawyer will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions to facilitate their operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law
• Experience in Litigation and Arbitration
• Excellent skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents, and legal advisory
• Outstanding analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Experience in regulatory compliance and client representation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master degree or equivalent in Law
• Experience in the Omani legal market is a plus
