Job Description

Galfar Engineering is seeking a seasoned Planning Manager to join the team for major Infrastructure Projects in Oman. The ideal candidate must have 15 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling in large scale Infrastructure Projects, specifically in Roads, Bridges & Railways.

• Preparing Master Budgets (Revisions) for the project under guidance of Project Manager / Director.
• Prepare and update the site organization chart on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and update Project baseline schedule in P-6.
• Prepare, update, monitor, and revise the business plan under guidance of Project Manager.
• Update the project schedule on a fortnightly basis.
• Prepare, maintain, and update the database of resources for the project.
• Prepare rolling projections for resources, manpower, and equipment on a monthly basis.
• Compile the daily progress report of the project.
• Prepare, maintain, and update the project documents required for audit.
