Description

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Rubber to oversee our rubber production operations in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the rubber industry, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations in the rubber manufacturing unit.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and train production staff to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Implement best practices for production and waste reduction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in rubber manufacturing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of rubber processing techniques and equipment.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
