We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Manager to oversee and expand SkillUp MENA’s operations in Oman . The Country Manager will be responsible for managing the overall business activities in the country, ensuring operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, leading the local team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of SkillUp MENA in Oman, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of programs and services.
- Implement the company’s regional strategy and adapt it to the local market context.
- Build and manage relationships with government bodies, educational institutions, training partners, and clients.
- Lead, mentor, and support a local team to ensure high performance, motivation, and alignment with company values.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and program development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings as the face of SkillUp MENA in Oman.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.12+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or country management role.Strong understanding of the Omani market and regulatory landscape.Proven experience in operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
