Job descriptionManages employees’ daily operations and performance. Designs sales strategies and processes. Generates reports regarding the status of the department. Maintains file systems and database of sales records. Responds to client concerns. Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.
Job Description :
- 5 - 6 years of experience in IT / Software sales, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Document Management Systems (DMS), HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems), or other enterprise software products.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including closing deals and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA graduate with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
