I am very excited to be working with a fabulous group of schools based with an international reach, you will be joining an international team, an exciting venture, and a brand new school.

The school was established in early 2026 by a group of investors, the group has a number of schools around the world, this school campus is brand new and it continuously growing, they currently looking to increase the number of students to 900+ students, the school will have 40+ classes and they deliver a blended learning curriculum from KG up to Grade 12.

This role will be for the whole school Principal, you will be responsible for almost 300 Students who are currently enrolled and these numbers are to grow year on year, there is a lot of activity and hype within the school, a supplementary building to accommodate for another 1000 student, hence the total of student would be 2000 students, this is aimed for 2026, this role will be working with the current superintendent and the team.

The main focus of this role would be the focus on instilling a strong framework and increase in academic standards within the school and competing with other outstanding schools in Oman and the region.

Salary Package

• You will be earning a salary plus accommodation allowance of up to 3200 OMR per month (6400 GBP per month - 76,800 GBP per annum)
