Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier candidates.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure effective hiring decisions.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including social media, recruitment agencies, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Implement and track key recruitment metrics to measure hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies in all recruitment activities.
Onboarding & Employee Integration :
Design and manage a structured onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.Develop onboarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.Monitor new employee experiences and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.Employee Affairs & Engagement :
Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace concerns, performance management, and career development.Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement engagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Maintain up-to-date records of employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.Remuneration & Payroll Management :
Supervise the payroll administration process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.Monitor compensation trends and develop salary structures that align with industry benchmarks and company budgets.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security laws, and other statutory obligations related to employee compensation.Collaborate with finance and HR teams to streamline payroll processes and optimize efficiency.Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on talent acquisition and HR administration.Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compensation structures.Proven experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills .Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll systems.Ability to analyze HR metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.Competencies & Skills :
