Overview

Senior Project Specialist role focused on leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Manage resources and budgets effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management (2-3 years preferred).

Certificate Preferably ( PMP).

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
