About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor - Recreation to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are :

• Manage daily operations of sports and leisure facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures. Plan, organize, and oversee sports and recreational activities and events, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure excellent customer service across all sports and leisure areas.
• Conduct regular safety checks, risk assessments, and ensure proper maintenance, storage, and inventory of sports and recreational equipment.
• Assist with budget management, collaborate on program marketing, gather participant feedback, and prepare reports for senior management.
