Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities through prospecting, research, and analysis.
• Establish and develop client relationships by recommending tailored solutions.
• Support in clearing outstanding payments and ensuring no bad debts.
• Prepare offers, tenders, and sales documentation to secure orders.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up and attend meetings with potential clients, responding to inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on company services and direct clients to the appropriate sales channels.
• Prepare reports with sales and financial data.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals, addressing client complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance.
• Gather customer / prospect feedback and provide insights to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, ISO, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or senior management.
