About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product UX / UI Designer to join Lime Vizio Inc. — the tech engine behind national gifting platforms like Blossom Flowers, Sunny Flowers, and Gift on Schedule.

• Think like a founder : Balance user needs and business goals to drive revenue and resonance.
• Use real data : Leverage heatmaps, analytics, and A / B tests to iterate with precision.
• Craft beauty at scale : Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across brands and channels.
• Collaborate across functions : Partner with product, dev, and marketing to ship features that delight.
• Mentor with heart : Support junior designers and evangelize user-centered design company-wide.
