Waiter / Waitress in Nizwa, Oman

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our restaurant team in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food and beverage industry and possess excellent customer service skills. The main responsibility is to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
• Assisting with menu recommendations and dietary restrictions
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handling guest complaints or concerns professionally
