Job Purpose

We are seeking a driven and dynamic professional to join GSK as a Specialty Account Manager in Oman. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with healthcare professionals, managing key accounts, and driving the adoption of GSK solutions in the market. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to enhance awareness and uptake of GSK products and solutions.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan aligned with GSK’s commercial objectives to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to deliver tailored solutions to accounts.
• Conduct regular external meetings to educate healthcare professionals on disease awareness and patient‑centric solutions.
• Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to address opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure product availability by working closely with supply chain and commercial teams to manage demand forecasting effectively.
