Job Description

1. Administrative Support :

  • Schedule and Coordinate Meetings : Arrange and manage meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas,
  • and taking minutes.
  • Maintain Project Documentation : Organize and update project documents, such as plans, reports, presentations,
  • and meeting minutes.
  • Track Project Budget : Assist in tracking project expenses, monitoring budget variances, and preparing budget
  • reports.
  • Manage Project Communications : Help facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and
  • other departments.

2. Project Planning & Execution Support :

  • Assist in Project Planning : Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, resource
  • allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Support Task Assignments : Help assign tasks to team members and track their progress.
  • Coordinate Resources : Assist in the procurement and allocation of necessary resources, such as equipment,
  • software, and personnel.
  • Monitor Project Progress : Help track project progress against the plan and identify potential roadblocks.
  • 3. Issue & Risk Management Support :

  • Identify and Log Issues : Help identify and log project issues and risks.
  • Assist in Risk Mitigation : Support the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
  • Track and Resolve Issues : Help track and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
  • 4. Quality Assurance Support :

  • Assist in Quality Control : Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support Testing Activities : Assist in coordinating and conducting testing activities.
  • 5. Stakeholder Management Support :

  • Maintain Stakeholder Relationships : Help build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate Project Updates : Assist in communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Requirements

    Skills :

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools : Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Technical Aptitude : Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills : Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems effectively.
