• Job Responsibilities :
• Greet and assist customers in product selection with a focus on upselling.
• Convert store visitors into buyers through exceptional service.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
• Follow company sales guidelines (GUEST : Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Maintain professional grooming and product knowledge at all times.
• Display stock as per visual merchandising standards.
• Handle POS operations, billing, and payment processing.
• Manage cash till, issue receipts / refunds, and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor store security and follow loss prevention policies.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and ensure confidentiality of sales data.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, overtime, and varied shifts, especially during sale periods.###
• Requirements :
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.###
