Job Title : HR Assistant / Assistant HR Manager

Assist in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Aid in the recruitment and selection process. Help support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Contribute to the development and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Assist in nurturing and enhancing a positive working environment. Support the management of the company’s performance appraisal system to drive high performance. Help oversee pay plans and benefits programs. Assess training needs and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of training programs. Assist with departmental and individual scorecard management. Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure company practices comply with Oman Labor Law. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
Experience
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions and practices. Experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development is essential.
Skill / Knowledge
- Language Skills : Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Labor Law Knowledge : Direct experience with labor law and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Understanding of Oman Labour Law and its application in the workplace.
- Additional Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software tools.
