Senior Manager BMB Consumer Sales

الوصف الوظيفيImplement regional operational strategies aligned with Omantel’s retail goals Oversee daily operations across stores, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators Manage store openings and closing, equipping store managers with necessary tools and resources Ensure optimal inventory levels and collaborate with merchandising to meet customer needs Develop training programs for staff, conduct store audits, and ensure adherence to company policies Analyze sales data, monitor marketing programs, and leverage insights Maintain relationships with stakeholders and keep abreast of retail industry trends Lead recruitment, training, and coaching of retail staff Prepare period performance reports for senior management / board members and develop SLAs Develop and enforce security and safety protocols at retail stores Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring expenditures are in line with budget Collaborate with real estate department to identify new retail locations and negotiate site leases Facilitate communications and collaboration between store managers and other departments Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution Fostering Learning and Development Inspiring and Leading Others Leading Change and Cultivates Innovation Visioning and Alignment Drives Achievements Ethics & Compliance Timely Decision - Making Sales Performance Management Sales Target Achievement

Role Purpose
To manage and operate Omantel retail outlets within the BMB region, overseeing day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring efficient and effective operations in line with Omantel commercial strategy.

- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position
