Job brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales and marketing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Sales managers lead a sales departments by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales teams.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to inform product improvement and market positioning.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
No less than 3 years experience as sales manager.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
