Technology Sales Consultant – Muscat, Oman

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a credible advisor to help address both strategic and tactical business challenges.
• Leverage deep functional and technical knowledge to ensure proposed solutions are practical, executable, and aligned with agreed customer requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Support the sales team in negotiations and contract closure by providing expertise, tailored solutions, and value articulation.
• Contribute to sales efforts by creating compelling proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs, including the design and delivery of impactful client presentations.
• Identify customer pain points and propose innovative, value-driven solutions that address business needs.
• Lead the creation of demonstrations, prototypes, and use cases to showcase business value to enterprise clients.
• Capture, document, and communicate client feedback and requirements to internal teams to foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare accurate quotations, technical and commercial proposals, and tailored pricing structures.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate and qualify leads, supporting the entire sales cycle from RFI / RFP to final negotiation and contract signing.
• Identify functional gaps during client discussions, analyze them, and work with technical and vendor teams to design effective solutions.
• Support deal closure activities including contract drafting, SOW creation, and alignment with legal and delivery teams.
• Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Delivery, and Bid Management to ensure seamless execution of opportunities.
• Partner with management on sales goals, forecasting, and business development planning, ensuring both short-term wins and long-term growth.
• Stay current on industry trends and evolving customer needs to enhance solution relevance.
• Work closely with architects and delivery teams to guarantee offerings are fully aligned with customers’ technology and business objectives.
