Construction Project Manager - Polymer Experts LLC

الوصف الوظيفيLead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment. Provide clear direction and support to team members. Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant standards and regulations. Implement and oversee quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship. Regularly inspect project sites to monitor progress and quality. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including management, local regulators / authorities and vendors. Prepare and present detailed progress reports. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure financial discipline. Report on budgetary status and financial performance. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations in Oman. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (OSHA, etc. - certifications preferred) Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Experience in project management of construction site. Familiarity with Omani cultural and architectural standards. Ability to foster strong relationships with governmental and private stakeholders. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. relevant project management : 10 years (Preferred) PMP (Preferred) uḥār (Preferred)
