We’re Hiring : Sales Specialist – Power as a Service (PaaS)
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist – Power as a Service (PaaS) to join our Commercial team. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding clients through a sustainable energy transition. With deep consultative skills and technical knowledge of hybrid power systems, you'll define, propose, and close deals that power the digital world of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business —build and nurture a robust sales pipeline energy-focused decision makers.
- Assess client needs and design tailored solutions leveraging hybrid power, solar integration, and energy storage systems.
- Lead RFP / RFI processes , preparing persuasive proposals that clearly communicate ROI and total cost of ownership.
- Close enterprise-level contracts that align with business targets and sustainability goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends , including VRLA, Li-ion, Ni-Cd batteries, energy storage, and solar technologies, to position Digitus as a future-ready partner.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).5+ years of enterprise / B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in telecom or energy solutions.Proven track record of selling power, energy, or infrastructure solutions to operators.Working knowledge of telecom operations, energy optimization, and hybrid / solar integrations.Experience collaborating with tier-1 vendorsStrong communication and presentation skills in English (& Arabic preferred).Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value.Preferred Qualifications
