Responsibilities
- Use industrial lift trucks, pallet jacks, handling tools, and motorized equipment such as forklifts to move manufactured goods and materials to and from storage areas, tool room track, and delivery vehicles.
- Track and maintain the tools, special tools, and consumables records in the workshop tool room.
- Manage the tools borrowed and returns with track records.
- Dispense diesel to equipment from the diesel fuel trucks.
- Arrange and prepare for tools services and calibration.
- Report consumables parts stock level and follow up.
- Report tools shortages and requirements to COMPANY Workshop Supervisor.
- Work extended hours and respond to call-out duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
Experience :
8+ years experience in a relevant discipline with 2 years in a similar role.
English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) to IELTS level 3.Skilled in using office machines (e.g., telephone, copier, barcode system) and personal computers for word processing, spreadsheets, and emails.Thorough technical knowledge in all kinds of mechanical basic fittings of tools and consumables used for repair and maintenance activities at site.Ability to meet the physical demands of the work (standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.).Skilled in tool room management and reporting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
