Senior Finance Officer

The Senior Finance Officer drives financial excellence in a fast-paced Digital & Technology environment. This role combines traditional accounting with innovation in financial processes, digital adoption, and a forward-looking approach to performance management. You will partner with the Head of Finance to ensure robust financial control, insightful reporting, and compliance, while contributing to automation initiatives, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects within Finance. This role thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy and supports shaping the financial backbone of an innovative, forward-looking, results-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Control & Reporting

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules.

Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, aligning with company strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams and system developers to enhance Finance ERP and digital tools for automation and efficiency.

Monitor compliance with tax regulations (VAT, WHT, etc.), accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.

Oversee payroll, accounts receivable / payable, treasury, and bank reconciliations.

Conduct deep-dive analysis for the Head of Finance and management as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting skills (mandatory).
