OHLC Assistant Operator

Overview

Assistant Operator must have the initiative and the ability to develop and support the production line, production team of operators TWD and stranding machine or at any site in the production lines according to the work requirements in order to reach the company.

Responsibilities

• Follow the safety rules and regulations as per the company policy
• Proper loading of coils / wire rods in pay-off stands and perform cold pressure welding of wire rods
• Support the team to prepare twin wire drawing machines and convert specific sizes / wire rods of aluminum or aluminum alloy to the required small sizes in spools / baskets in a wire drawing machine
• Operate overhead crane & forklift for movement of coils, baskets and drums
• Maintain housekeeping
• Minimize operating costs
• Proper selection of dies and keep the wire drawing machine in clean and good condition
