Store Incharge / Accountant - Quality Furniture LLC

Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores In-Charge to oversee our store operations, including inventory level controls, accounting responsibilities, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, extensive experience in inventory management, and exceptional people skills to lead our store team effectively. This role requires an individual who can ensure optimal stock levels, maintain accurate financial records, and foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities : Inventory Management & Control

• Maintain Optimal Inventory Levels : Regularly review inventory data to ensure stock availability meets demand without overstocking.
• Inventory Auditing : Conduct periodic audits of physical inventory against system records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Order Management : Manage the procurement process from requisition to receiving goods, ensuring timely order placement and accuracy of deliveries.
