The project :

PMO implementation for a mixed-use development in a suburb of greater Muscat. It will comprise mainly residential, retail areas and large areas of public realm.

Manages the delivery of PMO and project controls across commissions, driving excellence in implementation and performance. Guides and supports teams within the Centre of Excellence and hub, fostering collaboration and capability. Ensures alignment with Mace standards, empowering people to deliver with confidence, clarity, and control.

You'll be responsible for :

• Maintain and implement frameworks for capturing, storing, and dissemination project knowledge.
• Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and leadership to ensure training sessions are planned, delivered and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support the design and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring teams understand PMO processes, governance, and methodologies.
• Maintain structured repositories of project insights, templates, and best practices for easy access.
• Support the capture of lessons learned from completed projects to future initiatives.
• Monitor knowledge transfer effectiveness, recommending enhancements to optimize learning and retention.

You'll need to have :

Degree qualification in a relevant subject.

Major project or programme delivery experience.

Professional membership or Chartered status.

Necessary criteria for visa requirements.
