- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple IT projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Attention to detail in IT security and system management.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, and network administration tools.

Server & Network Management :
Assist in managing and maintaining company servers, ensuring high availability and performance.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows / Linux servers and Active Directory (AD).Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Active Directory environment.Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switchesExchange Server & Office 365 Administration :
Manage Exchange Server and ensure smooth email communication across the organization.Administer Office 365 applications, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.Provide user support for email configurations, mailbox management, and access permissions.IT Security & Compliance :
Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect company data and systems.Conduct regular security audits and enforce cybersecurity best practices.Manage and troubleshoot antivirus solutions, firewalls, and endpoint security.Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.Website & Internet Management :
