As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our commercial efforts— translating business needs into technical possibilities. You’ll work alongside our Engineering and Data Science teams to shape compelling solutions for clients, lead technical scoping conversations, and ensure that what we propose is as feasible as it is impactful.
This role requires a hybrid of systems thinking, solution design, and clear communication. You’ll guide prospective clients through technical demos, scope high-level architecture, and partner with product and delivery leads to align expectations across the board.
Your ability to cut through ambiguity and communicate clearly will be critical. You’ll be our clients’ first impression of our technical depth and our internal team’s partner in making sure we deliver on what we promise.

Act as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales conversations, ensuring solution proposals align with client needs and PhazeRo’s delivery capabilities.Lead technical discovery sessions and translate client requirements into high- level solution designs, often including architecture, data flow, and integration plans.Prepare and deliver engaging product demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical documentation tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with delivery leads, engineers, and product managers to scope level of effort and feasibility of proposed solutions.Support the proposal process, contributing to technical write-ups, RFIs, RFPs, and presentations.Maintain a pulse on what’s possible across AI, data platforms, and enterprise software—to bring fresh ideas into each opportunity.Help refine internal tooling and processes to improve the consistency and quality of technical pre-sales engagements.What We Value
