- Proven experience as a senior executive in the GRC consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience, preferably with previous experience of working in any of Big 4 Auditing Firms.
