Overview

To protect and prepare the bank assets by implementing, maintaining best practice in Business Continuity Management. Ensuring that the bank is in compliant with all regulatory requirements in the field of Business Continuity Management.

Principal Accountabilities

• Coordinate with respective department in HO to complete Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis annually in agreed assigned time.
• Report any Business Continuity requirement if any required to your manager.
• Ensure that all Test Plans are collected prior to any BC test.
• Coordinate, facilitate and schedule annual Coordinator test and BC test for all departments have allocated seats in Business Recovery Centers, and submit a full report of each BC test within assigned time frame.
• Coordinate and resolve any issues related to BC test outcome results though test plans within assigned timeframe.
• Follow up with IT to ensure the readiness of all recovery facilities at all time for any business disruption.
• Conduct training and awareness training for business continuity with L&D as well as annual HO training for coordinators and branches or as when required and agreed schedule with your manager.
• Provide regular status and update reporting on weekly basis of accomplished BC activities.
• Assist the Bank in responding to any business continuity invocation.
• Ensue the completion of any assigned test related to BCM in assigned timeframe.
• Act as focal point for the department in the absence of your line manager.
• Ensure the completion of all given tasks and projects in agreed time frame.
